| About the Country Cottage The building is a restored 1890’s Blacksmith shop. Cyndy, her husband Jim and their family completely renovated the building which is over 5000 square feet of shopping pleasure. Just ask and they will show you the “before” pictures. The Country Cottage Antique and Gift shop is filled with nostalgia. The creaky screen-door with the sunbeam bread door pull. The rough-sawn rafters bracing and gracing the original building. The bead board store counter with barnwood top. The antique brick walk in the garden area. The 1950’s area. All brings back memories of simpler times. Don’t forget the shopping! Candies, candles, fragrances, antiques, primitives, painted furniture, shabby chic, wall hangings, Johnston Benchworks furniture, lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lighting, benches, vanities, festive holiday goodies, plates, dishes, and more and more! |
